About Me

Tiggerbird: A croc wearing adventure traveller who spends time reminiscing and returning to places to get under the skin of local life. Doing something creative and crafty would put me in my element, but often when travelling these sorts of opportunities are rare. Instead I can often be found Geocaching (a treasure hunting game) which is likely to take me somewhere off the beaten track and less visited. I can't resist a local experience and often find myself in some interesting places. The world lures me into travelling extensively, but back home in the UK, I’m still aiming to complete all 214 Wainwright fells (hills and mountains in the Lake District) one day. Plus the UK has surprised me with the variety of things to see, do and experience... so I will endeavour to share a bit from my home country with you through my posts as well as my crafty experiences and geocaching tales. When I'm not crafting

I love to travel and have been lucky enough to see a large part of the world already. My next big trip will be to Eastern Europe in September; specifically Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. I can't wait! If you are interested check out my travel blogs here.
